Ksanavicius Leaves Hearts?
Reports are indicating that Lithuanian winger Audrius Ksanavicius has played his last game for Hearts.
Ksanavicius joined the club on loan from Kaunas at the beginning of the season and initially impressed with a series of lively and skilful displays.
He remained a fairly popular player until what now seems like his last appearance last week, but for me it was quickly apparent that although the wee man had ability, he was far too lightweight to be a success in the SPL. He had a good first touch and quick feet which allowed him to link well with others at close quarters, but I often felt that he wasted many good openings with a poor final ball and his finishing was frankly appalling!
Having said that he is far from the worst player we've seen at the club over the past two seasons. I'd wish him well wherever he ends up, but in my opinion Hearts will scarcely be worse off for his absence.
