Hearts' Scottish Premiership season continued with a draw at Celtic Park against Celtic on Saturday.

A nil-nil draw, which Hearts will take as it's the first time anything has been taken from Celtic having lost the last 10-matches against them, was taken away from Celtic with the home side, despite ending with 10-men when Ambrose was sent off, having plenty of chances but the Jambos stood firm to end the run three straight Premiership defeat.

Neilson made changes from the side that beaten Kilmarnock in midweek in the League Cup with Sow and Juanma coming in to lead the line but it was Celtic, who also made changes from a midweek win, who were threatening from the off with Commons having a chance that he wasted.

Griffiths, one of those to return for Celtic, tried his luck from 30-yards but the former Hibernian man was denied by a good save from Alexander.

It was mostly Celtic but Hearts did go close in the first half with the striker linking up with for Juanma to curl and effort just round the post with the Bhoys coming closets of all with the crossbar coming to our rescue as Forrest's fine effort looked destined for the top corner!

Augustyn, at fault in part for the defeat to Aberdeen last weekend, made a mistake that allowed Griffiths in but from close range his effort was poor and Hearts got through to the break level.

The second half started with Hearts close to taking the lead but Rossi, who scored the consolation last Sunday, headed wide when some though the defender had headed home!

Griffiths, who also saw a goal ruled out by an offside flag, was denied by Hearts 'keeper Alexander again as he saved the striker's effort.

Hearts could have snatched it late on as Nicholson looked to be going through on goal but he was chopped down by Ambrose, who possible saved Celtic from defeat but saw his game end a little early as he was sent off as the game ended goalless.
